Article 4 — Location of Processing & International Transfers

We primarily process Personal Data in the Philippines. We may store or process Personal Data on servers located outside the Philippines (e.g., reputable cloud providers). Where cross‑border transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) and its IRR, and require our processors to protect your Personal Data to standards no less protective than those described here.

c) Leads & Communications. Messages you send or receive, inquiries via contact forms, chat, or email; information you provide in lead or viewing‑request forms (e.g., name, email, phone, budget, preferred location, timelines). We may log the time, channel, and status of communications.

d) Payments & Billing (if paid features are used). Name, billing address, payment method or partial card details (tokenized via our payment processor), plan purchased, and transaction history. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

e) Device & Usage Data (All Users). IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, referral URLs, pages viewed, interactions (clicks, scrolls), session duration, and approximate location inferred from IP. We use this for security, analytics, and to improve the Website.

g) User Content & Public Posts. Comments, reviews, photos, videos, or other content you upload or publish.

d) Legal & Safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, lawful requests, or court orders; to enforce our Terms; to protect our rights, users, or the public; or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

We do not sell your Personal Data. We also do not permit third parties to use Personal Data for their own independent purposes without your consent.

Article 11 — Social Logins & Plugins (Optional)

If we offer social logins or plugins (e.g., Facebook, Google, LinkedIn), the third party may receive information about your visit. Your interactions with these features are governed by the third party’s terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect linked accounts at any time via your settings (if available) or the third‑party security pages.

  • Listings & media: while published and for a reasonable archive period (e.g., 12–24 months) after removal for audit, fraud prevention, or legal purposes;
  • Leads & communications: typically 24 months from the last interaction;
  • Billing records: at least 5 years or as required by tax/accounting law.

We may retain de‑identified or aggregated data indefinitely.

Article 14 — Your Rights (Data Privacy Act of 2012)

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Be informed of the processing of your Personal Data;
  • Access Personal Data we hold about you;
  • Object to or restrict processing on lawful grounds;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
  • Erase/Block Personal Data when warranted;

  • Damages and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
